Welcome to exist.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Exist Software Labs, Inc. (“Exist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not apply to services delivered under a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or other contract between Exist and a client — those engagements are governed by their own separately executed agreements.

These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, and users of the Site, regardless of whether you are evaluating Exist as a potential partner, researching our work, or simply browsing our Insights content.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

You may view and download material from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without Exist’s prior written consent, except as permitted by standard fair use (e.g., linking to a page, or quoting a short excerpt with attribution).

The Exist name, logo, and any product or service names appearing on the Site are trademarks of Exist Software Labs, Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use them.
