This position will work with the Business Development Manager in identifying, creating, and implementing new business and sales opportunities and achieve business/sales growth targets and objectives.
Skills /Experience Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s/College Degree either in IT, Marketing, Business Administration and Sales related field.
- Have about 5 years’ experience of dealing with contracts in the region of Php 10M annually, with related work experience preferably gained in an IT solution (software development and customization services) and product resource management of direct sales and/or business development experience.
- Have a proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets.
- Be confident presenting to all levels (door opening) including influencers, decision makers, Users, C-levels management.
- Have a background in software solution sales for mid-sized/ Enterprise businesses.
- Follow SBDM/ Assigned Lead in the approach to gain exposure and experience Custom Software Development, BFSI, Data Solutions, Retail, Healthcare verticals a plus.
- Able to Learn and get an excellent grasp of offshore outsourcing, cloud technologies and managed service offerings.
- Be able to show levels of Advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Possess an entrepreneurial nature with the ability to think outside of the box to implement an effective business strategy and experience in proposal writing.
- Team player with good interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work across various teams.
- Enthusiastic, problem-solving approach with a strong competitive appetite to close customer contracts
- Initiative to identify and promote innovative new ideas to drive the business forward.
