We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Director to lead Oracle Financials initiatives and provide strategic direction across finance transformation and technology projects.
The role will focus on optimizing financial processes through Oracle ERP solutions, driving business and process improvements, managing complex client engagements, and providing strategic guidance on finance technology initiatives.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and mentoring professionals within the Oracle Finance practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financials solutions.
- Provide strategic direction for Oracle ERP Finance transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple Oracle Finance projects and client engagements.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations aligned with business and financial objectives.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and system-related requirements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across finance technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance financial management processes.
- Analyze financial and operational trends to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop innovative solutions and contribute to thought leadership in Oracle Finance consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
- Mentor and develop Oracle Finance professionals and future leaders.
- Ensure Oracle Finance solutions comply with applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 14–20 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Oracle ERP Finance or finance technology consulting.
- Strong experience with Oracle Financials / Oracle ERP Finance implementations and transformation projects.
- Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules.
- Experience leading large-scale Oracle Finance transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Experience managing senior-level stakeholders and complex client engagements.
- Strong background in mentoring and developing consulting or technology professionals.
- Experience driving innovation and adoption of emerging finance technologies.
