Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for Oracle technology consulting and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead business development activities and identify opportunities for technology-driven growth.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions.
- Manage complex Oracle technology projects and multiple client engagements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Drive technology modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify market and technology gaps and develop solutions to address business needs.
- Develop new ideas, solutions, and approaches that contribute to technology thought leadership.
- Analyze complex business and technology challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.
- Balance strategic objectives with operational and technical considerations when making decisions.
- Lead organizational and technology changes that enable long-term business transformation.
- Promote collaboration across business, technical, and project teams.
- Mentor, coach, and develop technology professionals and future leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 14–20 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Oracle technology consulting, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
- Strong experience leading Oracle technology projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic leadership, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)domains.
- Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher.
- Proven experience leading strategic technology planning and business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change in dynamic environments.
- Experience developing technology solutions and contributing to thought leadership.
- Strong mentoring and coaching experience.
