Redefining the Retail Experience Through Digital Innovation
At Exist Software Labs, Inc., our retail journey began through a strategic partnership with PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour–Trans Retail Group). By building end-to-end solutions—including Point of Sale (POS), Vendor Management (VMS), and Merchandise Management Systems (MMS)—we gained the deep operational insights necessary to disrupt the market.
2015 The Birth of Anahaw: A Homegrown Success
In 2015, we launched Anahaw, our premier POS System Software in the Philippines. By 2016, Anahaw received official retail accreditation and was successfully deployed at Puregold, enabling real-time sales reporting and centralized control.
This success led to the official establishment of Exist Retail Solutions, a dedicated business unit focused on delivering agile, modular, and intelligent systems.
2017-2019 Evolution and Industry Accreditation
As we scaled, so did the capabilities of the Anahaw platform:
- 2017 (Food & Beverage): Earned F&B accreditation, expanding our reach into restaurants and specialty retail formats.
- 2019 (High-Volume Performance): Launched Anahaw v3 at the 26th National Retail Conference (NRCE), setting a new benchmark for adaptability in large-scale deployments.

In 2022, we addressed the shift toward mobility and data-driven decision-making:
- Hardware Ecosystem: Introduced mobile POS solutions powered by Sunmi and Honeywell scanners.
- Small Business Support: Partnered with Zonerich to launch the Anahaw POS Starter Kit, making advanced tools affordable for smaller retailers.
