TeaM Philippines Energy Corporation (TPEC) TPEC is the retail electricity arm of TeaM Energy Corporation, one of the largest independent power producers in the Philippines. They operate major power plants (such as the 735 MW Pagbilao Power Station) and provide dependable energy solutions to a wide array of contestable customers across the country.

Challenge

As the Philippine energy market evolved, TPEC’s manual operations became a bottleneck for growth. Key obstacles included:
