As part of the Tyme Group, it operates in the banking/fintech sector, using a “phygital” model—combining digital banking with kiosks and retail partnerships to boost financial inclusion.

Challenges

GoTyme Bank South Africa initiated the website revamp primarily to support its transition from TymeBank to the GoTyme Bank brand and ensure alignment with the global design system. Alongside this, there was an opportunity to enhance the overall customer journey, making it easier for users to explore products, understand offerings, and move seamlessly toward app onboarding or account creation.
