Exist Software Labs, Inc. and PCCI: Supporting a More Digitally-Enabled Philippine Economy

The Philippines continues to be one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. In 2024, the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 5.6%, making it the second fastest-growing economy in Southeast Asia, just behind Vietnam. Globally, this growth rate placed the Philippines 8th among 46 nations that reported their fourth-quarter GDP data (Department of Finance, 2025). ¹

One of the key non-governmental organizations contributing to this economic momentum is the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI). Established in 1978 through the merger of the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (founded in 1903) and the Philippine Chamber of Industry (founded in 1950), PCCI is the country’s oldest and largest business organization. It is widely recognized as the “voice of Philippine business,” advocating for policies and programs that foster economic growth and sustainability.

In 2024, Exist Software Labs, Inc. became an official direct entrepreneurial member of PCCI—underscoring our commitment to helping businesses thrive through innovative technology solutions. As a digital transformation partner, we share PCCI’s vision of building globally competitive Philippine enterprises. This partnership strengthens our role in empowering local businesses through technology in collaboration with government agencies, local chambers, and industry leaders.

Exist Strengthens Ties with PCCI Through Local and International Engagements

On April 8, 2025, Exist Software Labs, Inc. participated in the First General New Members Meeting of the PCCI at Makati Diamond Residences. PCCI President Consul Enunina V. Mangio opened the event by addressing the Philippines’ critical economic position amid geopolitical tensions, shifting trade alliances, and evolving global dynamics. She encouraged exporters to diversify markets in response to new U.S. tariff policies and emphasized sustainability, transparency, good governance, and improving the ease of doing business.

The event included the official induction of new PCCI members, with each representative joining in the oath-taking ceremony. It concluded with a networking session where members explored collaboration opportunities and discussed ways to support business growth.

We also proudly joined the Business Mission to Japan from October 22–25, 2024, organized by the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), aimed at strengthening IT-BPM collaboration between the Philippines and Japan. The four-day event featured presentations, networking sessions, and site visits, offering us the opportunity to showcase its capabilities in digital transformation, software development, and offshore outsourcing. Through direct engagement with Japanese business leaders and partners, Exist explored new collaborations aligned with Japan’s digital innovation goals—reaffirming our commitment to delivering world-class, cost-effective IT solutions in the region.

Engaging in dialogue with peers across industries and borders enables us to stay ahead of trends, respond to market shifts, and continuously refine our solutions. These experiences reinforce our dedication to innovation, collaboration, and strengthening the broader business ecosystem.
